Bobbins to suit all your spinning needs. We have a bobbin to fit all the Ashford wheels and e-spinners. Nine (9) different sizes of bobbins in either natural or lacquered finish. High Speed bobbin is only available in natural finish.
Standard bobbin single drive. Compatible with standard flyer. Suitable for Traditional and Traveller Spinning Wheels.
Double drive bobbin. Compatible with double drive flyer. Suitable for Elizabeth 2, Traditional and Traveller Spinning Wheels.
Sliding hook flyer bobbin single drive. Compatible with sliding hook flyer, Joy sliding hook flyer and Kiwi sliding hook flyer single drive. Suitable for Traditional, Traveller, Joy 2, Kiwi 2, and Kiwi 3 Spinning Wheels, only if using a sliding hook flyer.
Sliding hook flyer bobbin double drive. Compatible with sliding hook flyer double drive. Compatible with the Elizabeth, Traditional, and Traveller Spinning Wheels, only if using a sliding hook flyer double drive.
Jumbo bobbin single drive. Compatible with basic jumbo flyer and sliding hook flyer jumbo. Suitable for the Traditional, Traveller, Joy 2 (with freedom flyer) Spinning Wheels, and e-Spinner, if using single drive jumbo flyer.
Jumbo bobbin double drive. Compatible with sliding hook flyer jumbo double drive. Compatible with the Traditional (double drive), Traveller (double drive), and Elizabeth 2 Spinning Wheels, if using jumbo flyer.
Kiwi super flyer bobbin single drive. Compatible with Kiwi super flyer.
High speed double drive bobbin. Compatible with double drive flyer and sliding hook flyer double drive. Compatible with Elizabeth 2, Traditional (double drive) and Traveller (double drive) Spinning Wheels.
Country Spinner bobbin. Compatible with Country Spinner 1 and 2 and e-Spinner super jumbo.
Shipping and returns
Delivery charges:
Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel and determined by Australia Post postage rates. Postage is added at the later stage of the ordering process.
Select the items you require, click on 'Purchase Now' enter 'Your Details' (including country) then the next screen automatically calculates the postage.
This process is required to provide the correct calculation, based on the total weight and the country to be sent to.
A reliable and cost-effective service is provided by Australia Post - all deliveries are sent via the delivery option you have chosen. Australia postage options include Regular postage and Express postage. International postage options include Airmail and sea mail.
Note: A new charge has been introduced in the United States of America (USA) for articles over 500g, so Australia Post has added an additional $9 security surcharge. This additional process may cause transit delays of up to 48 hours.
Returns policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the yarn is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival and we will replace it. Yarn must be returned in original condition as received.
We do not offer refunds, but we will happily exchange, when an item is returned in original, unopened packaging, with receipt for proof of purchase.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on patterns, books or needles.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer exchanges on excess yarn (2 or more balls of the same yarn, colour and dye lot/batch), with proof of purchase within 30 days, in original, unused state and if yarn is still in stock and available.
We acknowledge the return of faulty or defective products for refund, with receipt, as per manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
The Wool Shop gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, please treat gift cards as cash.
We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we meet. We would also like to pay my respects to elders, present and emerging.
Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning goods as we do not accept returns without first discussing your concerns.
In the event that we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will email or phone you to advise. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order.
Please note that it can take between 10 and 28 days to re-stock from some overseas suppliers.
