Description
To enable you to touch, see and experiment with Ashford's beautiful fibres, they have created 3 convenient-sized Sampler Fibre Packs for you to enjoy and play with. Each pack has approximately 750g of fibre in 20 colours.
Sampler 1 - Lights: natural white, natural light, natural medium, grey, honey, cookie, lemon, cheesecake, ice, fog, bubblegum, lilac, blush, lavender, mint, bean sprout, cupcake, candy floss, marshmallow and strawberry shortcake.
Sampler 2 - Brights: fluro yellow, yellow, fluro orange, orange, tangerine, pumpkin pie, chilli pepper, scarlet, fluro lime, lime, green, spearmint, fluro blue, turquoise, lagoon, blue, coral, pansy, fluro pink and magenta.
Sampler 3 - Darks: natural dark, chocolate, slate, liquorice, butterscotch, toffee, nutmeg, indigo, olive green, kiwi fruit, fern green, green tea, blueberry pie, orchid, amethyst, purple, grape jelly, cherry red, raspberry and aubergine.
Shipping and returns
Delivery charges:
Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel and determined by Australia Post postage rates. Postage is added at the later stage of the ordering process.
Select the items you require, click on 'Purchase Now' enter 'Your Details' (including country) then the next screen automatically calculates the postage.
This process is required to provide the correct calculation, based on the total weight and the country to be sent to.
A reliable and cost-effective service is provided by Australia Post - all deliveries are sent via the delivery option you have chosen. Australia postage options include Regular postage and Express postage. International postage options include Airmail and sea mail.
Note: A new charge has been introduced in the United States of America (USA) for articles over 500g, so Australia Post has added an additional $9 security surcharge. This additional process may cause transit delays of up to 48 hours.
Returns policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the yarn is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival and we will replace it. Yarn must be returned in original condition as received.
We do not offer refunds, but we will happily exchange, when an item is returned in original, unopened packaging, with receipt for proof of purchase.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on patterns, books or needles.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer exchanges on excess yarn (2 or more balls of the same yarn, colour and dye lot/batch), with proof of purchase within 30 days, in original, unused state and if yarn is still in stock and available.
We acknowledge the return of faulty or defective products for refund, with receipt, as per manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
The Wool Shop gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, please treat gift cards as cash.
We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we meet. We would also like to pay my respects to elders, present and emerging.
Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning goods as we do not accept returns without first discussing your concerns.
In the event that we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will email or phone you to advise. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order.
Please note that it can take between 10 and 28 days to re-stock from some overseas suppliers.
